Since 1995 I have dedicated myself to fitness instruction in well- known fitness centers on the island of Mallorca (Illes, Único, Fitness First). This was an important apprenticeship in how body and mind function and react with dynamic exercise. Three years studying Quiromassage (Escuela Técnicas Naturales Estena, Thai-Yoga Massage y Técnica Craneosacral, Escuela Afedeco with the well-known Professor Howard Evans), as well as courses in Bioenergy provided me with the knowledge to combine and teach these techniques. I also studied Body Balance in the International Yoga School in Madrid in 2014. This process changed anew my perception of body movement and connection to the ‘Six Senses’.

 

For me it is important to teach Yoga in a clear and simple format. Giving the necessary instruction to achieve the correct posture during the asanas and leaving time to ‘listen’ to your body always being aware that yoga is a means of connecting with your internal space.

 

Still not convinced to try one of our classes. Don’t worry we will give you reason to practice yoga.

 

It is an ideal way to achieve an equilibrium between body and mind.

 

Yoga Six Senses uses asanas (physical postures) and pranayamas (breathing techniques) to return equilibrium to the body systems (digestive, nervous, endocrine) giving a sense of physical and mental well-being.
